At Chic Soul, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit or original payment refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before securely sealing them in the original shipping bag or a box.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Wait

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received, your return will be processed within 5-7 business days.
